2007 Sterling dump truck
Tandem-axle dump truck, also pressed into service as a plow truck. Bought used around 2009 and not originally set up to plow. A separate frame mounts under the front and rests on the front axle so a plow can attach (not an ideal setup).
The dump box has been welded to keep it together: two ridges/plates run the length of the floor, and the cracked rear was welded in two places. The box no longer sits all the way down on the frame. If it stayed the primary plow truck, the box would need real work.
Bought used around 2009, before the digitized record begins.
Becomes the backup once the new Mack arrives; will be run out, not replaced.
