A. A permit required by the Fire Code shall be obtained by submission of an application to the Department of Building Safety along with any fee established in Section 1-2-2 of the City Code. B. Inspections as required by the Fire Code shall be scheduled by the City and shall require payment of any fee established in Section 1-2-2 of the City Code. (Ordinance #39, adopted October 12, 2011)
