A. The zoning districts are designed to implement the intents and purposes of the Comprehensive Plan. B. The zoning districts are based upon the Comprehensive Plan which has the purpose of protecting the public health, safety, convenience, and general welfare. Before any amendment to the boundary lines of the established zoning districts are made, any necessary amendments must first be made to the Comprehensive Plan.
