   A resident, Ken Amundson, asked the Council for advice and action regarding three Dobermans next door that he said bark continuously within about 50 feet of his home; he described extensive documentation and prior complaints and citations, provided a petition signed by nine neighbors and a video disc, and said court dates for citations had been pushed out; Lt. Bouley said he would check into the matter.
