Bill and Megan Reynolds variance for accessory building in front yard at 19955 Baugh Street.

Council approved the Reynolds variance to allow an accessory building larger than 800 square feet in the front yard because wetlands, the irregular lot shape, the home setback, septic location, and other site constraints left no practical rear-yard location. The approval was tied to the variance findings and conditions, including a 30-by-40 building, minimum 20-foot setback from the Baugh Street right-of-way/abutting property line, height limit, survey staking, screening, permit, and design compatibility.

Council approved the variance; the findings and decision document lists conditions of approval.
