Ch.5 § 4-14

A. Except as provided in Section 5-4-2.E, any person who violates the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor which carries a fine of up to one thousand ($1,000) dollars and imprisonment for up to ninety (90) days. B. Violations by youths under the age of eighteen (18) may also result in snowmobile safety certificate suspension. C. Anyone operating a snowmobile in violation of the snowmobile State Trail Sticker law shall be required to purchase an annual penalty sticker for thirty one ($31) dollars in addition to any penalties imposed pursuant to this Section.
