A. Any change involving structural alterations, enlargement, intensification of use, or similar change not specifically permitted by the conditional use or the interim use permit issued shall require an amended conditional use or interim use permit. Said permit will be processed in the same manner as a new application. B. The Clerk shall maintain a record of all conditional use permits and interim use permits issued, including information on the use, location, and conditions imposed by the Council, time limits, review dates, and such other information as may be appropriate.
